Photographs

All photographs were taken between 1995 and now. Some are originally in 35mm format, while others are 6x6cm or 6x4.5cm formats. Some are full-frame others are cropped. If it matters to you, some of the photographs were taken with compact cameras that costed only $85 at a large photo supply store.

Films were processed in the way described in the Photographic Technique section of this web site. They are based on the highest practically possible standard for artistic photographers, and also taking advantage of latest scientific knowledge and my experimental results.

Prints

Original prints made by myself are generally available in 11x14 size. The orginal image size and the sizes of online presentation are not the determining factor for the final print size. Some of them are available only in smaller sizes. I use mostly Resin Coated papers, with which I can obtain brightest possible paper base. Although I treat them in selenium or sulfide toner and additional image protecting agent to maximize image permanence, there is no actual evidence exhibiting that they last centuries, as Resin Coated papers are relatively new. Manufacturers claim they exceeds archival standards in accelerated aging tests, even without toning or any image protecting treatment. Current project

I am interested in shooting environmental portraits, where the subject is at work or posing in the appropriate environment. This can be somewhat like ones in Series #2. If you have any interest to be a subject in greater Boston area, please let me know!
